Management Services

HOTEL MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS

Image Hospitality is a management company that offers services ranging from pre opening to long term management. Our properties rank amongst the top hotels of their brands. Management services include Initial Consultation, Pre-opening and ongoing management contracts. Image Hospitality owns and operates hotels under various franchises and we are actively adding properties and management contracts to our portfolio. Image Hospitality has complied a driven, qualified team to effectively manage hotel properties, evaluate the product and develop a plan for maximizing market potential and profitability. The business plan consists of budgets, marketing objectives, cost controls, employee training, preventative maintenance and life safety issues. Market penetration, operating efficiency, and customer satisfaction has given us an enjoyable reputation in the marketplace.

SALES & MARKETING

The marketing and sales strategies are people-oriented, measurable and effective. Image Hospitality’s Sales team develops a comprehensive marketing plan for each property. It includes an evaluation of market competition, property strengths and weaknesses, which is developed by the regional support team and local General Manager. This team also provides the owner with a summary of local market conditions. We also provide a range of reports designed to help forecast room sales and demand on a month-by-month basis.

HUMAN RESOURCES

Well-trained, highly motivated associates are what make an organization great. Image Hospitality’s human resource department is committed to providing you with a winning team. We network to recruit professionals who are the most accomplished in our industry. The HR department also works closely with each property’s operations team which is the key to retention! This formula provides an attractive ambiance and with the addition of a competitive benefit package the results are a desirable work environment for any candidate.

FINANCE

Image Hospitality’s centralized accounting structure is integral to effective cost control and to increasing your bottom-line. The Accounting Department is responsible for generating the monthly financial statements. Each property maintains its own general ledger and set of bank accounts. The payables are authorized at the property and forwarded to the Image Hospitality office for payment, allowing the advantages of a decentralized system from the approval standpoint, but maintaining centralized control from an internal control standpoint. Image Hospitality also files all mandatory payroll tax returns and generates W-2’s. The Accounting Department is also responsible for the filing and payment of state and local sales taxes. Image Hospitality’s centralized accounting system is more efficient and allows us operate with fewer accounting personnel on property saving payroll costs.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Image Hospitality’s commitment to technology and our Intranet site means efficient communication between central accounting and the property. The Information Team is responsible for handling the data processing services required by our properties for their general accounting needs including Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Ledger. This combination of planning, data creation and analysis enables owners to make timely and well-informed investment decisions.
