Guests Say “Bravo” to Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hotels win Platinum Awards

Two Texas hotels continue to wow guests with outstanding service and facilities, earning them top honors from Marriott International.

 

[FRISCO, TX - Aug 31, 2009] - For the second year running, two Texas hotels have earned stellar reviews from their guests, prompting Marriott to grant their coveted platinum guest satisfaction award. The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Waco, TX and in Marshall, TX both earned the Marriott International Guest Satisfaction Platinum Award for Jan-Jun 2009, an honor given to hotels that earn the most outstanding guest feedback. 

The Waco Fairfield Inn & Suites, a 109 room hotel located near the Waco Regional Airport, earned an overall satisfaction score of 91.6% from its visitors. This is the second year running for the hotel to receive a platinum award and the fifth consecutive year for the hotel to receive either a gold or platinum rating from their guests' feedback.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Marshall, TX is also a repeat winner of the award, but this marks its first foray into platinum status. Since the hotel's construction in 2005, this property has earned one silver and three gold guest satisfaction awards. The awards are based off of online surveys conducted by Marriott to gather guests' feedback from their visits.

The two Fairfield Inn & Suites properties, part of the Marriott International family of hotels, are owned and operated by Image Hospitality, a hotel management and development company that boasts 7 award-winning hotels in East, Central and North Texas.
