Guest Give Fairfield Inn & Suites Two Thumbs Up, Hotels Win Platinum, Gold Awards

 

Rolling out the red carpet for guests pays off for two Texas hotels, earning them Gold and Platinum Guest Satisfaction Awards.

 

[FRISCO, TX - Oct 15, 2008] -- Two Texas hotels score big with their guests, earning accolades for their quality service and facilities. Fairfield Inn & Suites in Waco, TX and Fairfield Inn & Suites in Marshall, TX have received prestigious Guest Satisfaction Awards, a customer response-based award given by Marriott International to their highest rated hotels. 

 

The Waco Fairfield Inn & Suites, a 109 room hotel located near the Waco Regional Airport, received the Marriott International Guest Satisfaction Platinum Award for Jan-Jun 2008, having earned an overall satisfaction score of 91.2% from its visitors. This follows a Guest Satisfaction Gold Circle Award in 2007 and marks the fourth consecutive year that the Waco hotel has earned either a gold or platinum rating from its guests' feedback. Fairfield Inn & Suites in Marshall, TX earned the Marriott International Guest Satisfaction Gold Circle Award for Jan-Jun 2008.  Since the hotel's construction in 2005, this property has earned one silver and two gold guest satisfaction awards.

The awards are based off of Marriott International's GSS program, an online survey conducted to gather guests' feedback from their visits.

The two Fairfield Inn & Suite properties, part of the Marriott International family of hotels, are owned and operated by Image Hospitality, a hotel management and development company that boasts 7 award-winning hotels in East, Central and North Texas.
